The Liver Academy at KI is happy to invite all researchers with an interest in the liver to participate in the upcoming Liver Academy conference at Djurönäset.
Our Keynote speaker is Antonio D’Alessio (Department of Surgery and Cancer, Imperial College London, London, UK) with a talk titled “An update on the current treatment Landscape of HCC”.
This event will take place at the beautiful Djurönäset, and the format will be a breakfast-to-lunch meeting including an overnight stay and drinks & dinner, which will be free of charge. There will be a shuttle bus from Cityterminalen to the venue.
Please note that we will print an abstract book with all abstracts as well as research and collaboration interests (asked for in the registration link), and distribute this during the conference, which we hope will facilitate networking and discussions. Answers for research needs and strengths will be compiled at a research group level to give a more complete picture.
Please give some thoughts to these items when filling out the form.
Register and submit abstracts
We also encourage you to actively participate to this meeting by submitting an abstract, of which the highest scored abstracts will be selected for Short Talks in each session. The scoring of abstracts will be done by the Liver Academy steering committee. We will also have a lightning session with shorter talks to give as many people as possible the opportunity to present their research to the full group.
Please register and upload your abstracts no later than 2 November.
We are eager to hear about your research and hope to see many of you there!
This year's liver academy conference is kindly sponsored by Karolinska Institutet, with further support from Astra Zeneca, Eisai and Madrigal.
