Welcome to the next KI MRI Center Core Facility fMRI seminar that will be held virtually on Tuesday 18th of February at 11.00.

Title: Time-varying fMRI brain connectivity – methods, challenges, open questions and controversies.

In recent years, time-varying properties of fMRI BOLD signal time-courses have become a point of interest as well as a source of some controversy among brain imaging researchers. In this seminar, I will describe the most common methods to investigate time-varying fMRI connectivity as well as potential modeling problems that might arise. Recent controversies regarding the interpretability and statistical properties of time-varying functional brain connectivity will be discussed at the end of the seminar.

The seminar will be recorded and if you are unable to attend, you can view the seminar (as well as earlier KI MRI Center fMRI seminars) at
