The KI Infection Retreat 2019 takes place 3rd to 4th of September at Yasuragi in Stockholm archipelago. The retreat intends to promote networking and interactions between students and researchers interested in the field of infection biology. The retreat will consist of oral presentations, by invited speakers and chosen students/postdocs, and poster presentations, by every participating student and postdoc. The complete programme for the retreat will be sent out to the registered participants

Registration:

Registration is now closed, if you are interested in attending please contact: edmund.loh@ki.se

It is mandatory for all students and postdocs to send in an abstract and present a corresponding poster at this retreat, no exceptions are granted. There are a limited amount of spots available so we recommend early registration. Hence, this registration is considered binding.

The Venue:

Yasuragi is a conference hotel located east from Stockholm city in the archipelago. The accommodation will be made up of mostly double room accommodation. Where double rooms are applicable it will not be possible to choose your room and whom you wish to share with. Any switching of rooms will be made at your own discretion at the venue.

Bus transport from Stockholm central station to Yasuragi on the morning of the 3rd of September will be available for participants. Buses will leave around 8.00-8.30am in the morning. Bus transportation from Yasuragi back to central station will be provided on 4th September at around 2.00-2.30pm (exact information and time will be provided in the programme sent out later).
