Making sense of immune system states in children with cancer and inflammation

Speaker

Petter Brodin, Assistant Professor, Department of Women's and Children's Health, Karolinska Institutet

Prof Brodin will discuss recent technological developments in human immunology and the opportunities these bring for making human immune systems more interpretable. Applications to children with cancer and with inflammatory diseases at Astrid Lindgren’s children’s hospital will be discussed and ongoing efforts to realise precision immunomodulation in children.
