- Learn how IPA can help you find, molecular paths between genes and phenotypes, quickly identify known biomarkers and drug targets, predict impact of gene/protein expression changes on downstream functions.
Hands-on training 2-4 pm
- Create your own molecule networks & overlay them with your own or public data.
- Upload your own omics data data, identify activated pathways and processes, or upstream regulators.
