You have prepared a killer resume and you have been invited for an interview! Now it’s time for you to show who you are and why you are a great fit for the position you have applied for.

There are several things you must prepare prior to the interview to impress and convince the hiring manager or recruiter that you are a great fit for the position. Common mistake is to rely on your technical skills, but you must prepare for more soft skills related questions. Why is that? And why do employers outside of academia value such things as: culture fit, values and personality threats?

In this webinar you will learn about some common interview situations, common interview questions and why they ask them. You will also learn how you can prepare yourself to be ready-to-go-for-any-interview-situation.
