Brief description

The overall aim of this PhD-project is to contribute to the understanding of how to increase access to evidence-based interventions for patients with mental health problems in a primary care setting. A secondary aim is to understand more about the importance of lifestyle behaviors for this patient group, and to gain understanding of how to organize working with lifestyle habits in the most helpful way for the patients.
