This is a workshop that will take you trough the basic lifts with a barbell.

This is a workshop that will take you trough the basic lifts with a barbell: the deadlift, squat, press and barbell row. We will work on technique, form, how to build strength and of course how to lift weights in a safe manner. 

After the workshop you are ready to start your journey to become stronger, so let's get started!
