Bring your family to Family Day at the Health hub!
Programme
- 10.15-10:45: Boxing fun, family pilates, ball play, etc.
- 11:00-12:00 Obstacle course, Gymnastics & Move Nat, and more.
- 12:15-12:45 Boxing fun, family yoga.
During the day: Family dance, balance challange, throw and catch challenge and learn how to lift heavy objects.
We welcome both students and staff at KI!
