Other Family Day 2026 - A morning of movement, community and curiosity

Welcome to a family day dedicated to moving together, connecting across generations and inspiring one another. For two hours, Flemingsberg campus gym will be filled with activities that spark joy, encourage curiosity and bring both children and adults into the moment.

9:45 - Doors open
10:00 - Playful group warm-up for everyone
10:15 - Activities start. Schedule will include Bollywood Dance, Fun Boxing, Family Pilates, Competitive Challenges, Ask a Gym Coach and Learn to Lift. Detailed program and set times below, scroll down for more info!
All activities: All levels and all ages welcome, no previous experience needed!
11:45 - Group cool down for everyone and wrapping up the day

Physical Capacity Testing for All Ages & Coach On Site
Test your family’s capacity in just 5 minutes and receive a simple movement plan for everyday life! Ask the coach about training and health, or get an introduction to barbell lifting.
