Conferences and symposiums Eurolife Autumn Symposium 2025: Bridging Disciplines in Research
The University of Barcelona (UB) will host the 2025 Eurolife Autumn Symposium, focusing on transdisciplinary approaches to health and wellbeing. Open to all Eurolife partners and UB staff, the event takes place at the historic Paranimf and will be streamed live.
Organised by the Hub for Global Sustainability, the symposium will showcase how universities can lead in fostering collaborative research across disciplines. The programme features a range of innovative projects that bridge fields such as psychology, biology, artificial intelligence, genomics, and science communication.
Participants will gain insights into cutting-edge initiatives—from rare disease diagnostics to research on environmental and social determinants of health—demonstrating the power of cross-sector collaboration. A roundtable discussion will explore the practical benefits and challenges of transdisciplinary work, actively encouraging audience participation to foster dialogue and shared learning across the Eurolife network.
