Objective for the day
At the annual KITM R&D day, the objective is to bring together researchers at Karolinska Institutet (KI) and hospital staff for an interactive afternoon to increase the collaboration and advance the research within the clinic and KI.
Meeting details
Participants: KI and K researchers on all levels are encouraged to participate.
Food: Free lunch is served for registered participants and have sparkling and snacks after the lectures.
Language: The seminar will be held in English.

About KITM R&D
The Department of Clinical Immunology and Transfusion Medicine (KITM) at Karolinska University Hospital oversees all transfusions and the blood bank for the Stockholm region, performs transplantation work-up analyses (both organ and stem cell transplantation), is responsible for allergy and antibody testing, carries out harvests and manipulates stem cell grafts for allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Moreover, KITM is involved in the production and handling of ATMP products at Karolinska University Hospital.
