Lectures and seminars CTMR Bug Corner: Luisa W Hugerth (Uppsala University) - "Interactions between female sex hormones and the human microbiome"
Luisa is currently based at IMBIM, Department of Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology at Uppsala University. Luisa leads The Human Molecular Ecology Lab.
Luisa holds a master's degree in biomedicine and completed her Ph.D. in environmental microbiology at KTH. Following her doctoral studies, she spent six years as a postdoc at CTMR until a year ago when she was awarded a Knut and Alice Wallenberg Data-Driven Life Science starting grant. Currently based at Imbim, Department of Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology at Uppsala University, Luisa leads The Human Molecular Ecology Lab.
