Other Zoom webinar

Welcome to this Zoom webinar targeted to international doctoral students, postdocs and researchers, where basic information about the role of the authorities and the measures implemented by Karolinska Institutet in this time of Covid-19 will be discussed.

The interest for this webinar was very high. We have reached the full capacity of this zoom webinar.

As the primary target groups for the webinar were doctoral students and postdocs they will be prioritized.

In times of crisis, such as we are currently experiencing with the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important for every individual to feel informed about what is going on and maybe to understand why. As much of the daily reporting on TV and through the official authorities is only provided in Swedish, it is more difficult for non-Swedish speakers to follow all developments, and maybe as a foreigner to fully understand the Swedish culture.

In an effort to compensate for this, Bob Harris (Academic Vice President for Doctoral Education) and Birgitta Henriques Normark (Academic Vice Presidents for Research) invite you to a Zoom webinar in which basic information about the role of the authorities and the measures implemented by Karolinska Institutet will be discussed. Importantly, this will be a possibility for you to raise any concerns or questions you might have.

Target group

PhD students, Postdocs and Researchers, especially international ones.
