"Dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids role in mood and cognitive disorders"

Dr. Sophie Laye, INRAE and University of Bordeaux

Dr. Laye is a Research Director at INRAE and the Head of NutriNeuro Institute at the University of Bordeaux, France. She works on the effect of nutrition on brain function, with a focus on the role of polyunsaturated fatty acids on neuroinflammation and brain diseases.
