Prof. Marino’s research focus on glioblastoma (GBM) and medulloblastoma (MB), the most common malignant brain tumours in adults and children, respectively. Her lab uses stem cell models and organoids to understand tumor initiating events focusing on characterizing key deregulated epigenetic mechanisms driving their growth.
