Lectures and seminars CBB bioinformatics workshop: Data manipulation in R with Daniel Lundin

The Tidyverse R packages provide a new syntax for data cleaning, conversion and visualisation. I will show examples for how to apply the Tidyverse to tabular data as an alternative to e.g. base R or Python pandas. The data will come from amplicon sequences from bacterial communities.

The workshop is free and open to everyone at KI/KS in Flemingsberg. We welcome beginners in the field of R and data manipulation and with the desire to extend their knowledge.
