CHaSE is Stockholm’s premier career and jobs fair that connects employers within the Life science and Health sectors with potential employees and provides a platform for students to begin to plan for their post-university careers.

Karolinska Institutet Career Service works to educate and advise students, PhD students, postdocs and researchers for a future career inside and outside academia. We organize a doctoral course and a financed internship program for PhD students and postdocs. We offer extensive seminars, workshops, lectures and online support.

Doctoral Students’ Association (DSA) 

The Doctoral Students’ Association (Doktorandsektionen, DSA) is a section of Medicinska Föreningen for students registered at the doctoral education at KI. As a member of Medicinska Föreningen and registered doctoral student you are a member of DSA. 

DSA aims to promote the situation for doctoral students at KI as regards supervision, education, salary, work environment and other important aspects. DSA is the biggest section within MF, responsible for all doctoral students at KI, currently cirka 2200. The eleven board members are elected on a year wise basis and meet minimum nine times a year.

KI Postdoc Association (KIPA)

The KI Postdoc Association (KIPA) is a member-driven organisation, which was founded in 2012 to give the postdoctoral community at KI a voice, a supportive network and representation. KIPA aims is to work closely with KI leadership and administration to achieve the best possible working conditions for KI postdocs, thereby making KI a more attractive place for postdoctoral training in the future.
