About Chaperone

About the Speakers
Magda Kufrej
Magda Kufrej is a communication and agile project management expert passionate about sustainability, career development, and women empowerment. She gained broad experience in science communication, including social media and online presence for researchers, while working at the
European Research Council and the European Commission’s departments responsible for R&I funding and promotion. Currently, Magda is a co-founder of Work
Ally, where she coaches women on how to accelerate their careers, and a senior consultant at Prospex Institute, where she leads stakeholder engagement efforts in EU-funded sustainability projects. In her freetime, Magda is a freelance career advisor for Chaperone.
