Sandrine Soubes Sandrine has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology. She worked as a research scientist in the USA. Based on her knowledge of the research sector, she now works as a coach with research teams and individuals to create tailored solutions for specific needs in research environments. Sandrine is the founder of Tesselle Development, a consultancy that aims to help research leaders thrive in their careers.
