Barbara Westertaklax has been working with career development for over 15 years. Her professional background is within HR and recruitment. As a former HR manager for a Nordic company, she has broad knowledge of work-life challenges. She works visually and builds on her clients 'strengths and abilities to generate new perspectives and hands-on actions.
Barbara has a Bachelor of social science and is a trained CBT-counsellor focusing on stress related issues and performance anxiety. On top of that she is an ICF certified professional coach and career coach.
Anna Svärd has a background in many different industries and positions. General secretary & management positions, in management teams and boardrooms. She has built organizations and operations, business development, strategic plans and decisions from her roles also as former CEO. Anna is a ICF Coach and has spent the last 15 years developing and training in coaching, leadership and conflict management. Anna's focus on Career Development is driven by her own insights into finding the right path. She opens thoughts through questions, identifies the client's needs that have held them back and created unconscious choices. To become aware and make decisions from within one's own needs, is to put yourself in the front seat, which many of Anna's clients land through the coaching and career tools.
