The sessions will be between September and November 2024.
A limited number of PhD students can get individual career coaching sessions with a professional coach from Newstart, a career development company. The goal of the coaching sessions is for you to feel less lost and daunted by career transitions and to support you in figuring out what is important to you and your career development.
Coaching is a journey of personal growth. Your coach is not there to solve your problems, but to guide you in finding your own solutions. We all encounter obstacles in our careers, and having a coach as a conversation partner can inspire us to reach our goals and foster our personal development.
The coaching will include 2-3 meetings, possible exercises depending on the situation, and some soul-searching on your part.
Target group:
PhD students
Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising those closer to the dissertation date and coaching needs. We will inform you if you have a spot when all the places are filled. We kindly advise you to apply soon because the spots fill quickly.
