Other Career coaching for PhD students, postdocs and researchers - limited offer Jan-Feb 2022
Are you nearing the end of your time at KI? Do you need to work on your career and personal development, but need some personal guidance? Let us help you!
A limited number of doctoral students, postdocs and early career researchers the possibility can get individual career coaching meeting(s) with Newstart, a professional career development company in Stockholm. The goal is for you to feel less lost and daunted by career transitions, and to support you in figuring out what is important to you and your own career development.
Coaching is a process. Your coach does not solve your problems, but supports you in finding your own way. We all feel stuck sometimes, and having a coach as a conversation partner can help us with our goals and development.
The coaching will include 2-3 meetings, possible exercises depending on the situation and some soul searching on your part.
Doctoral students, postdocs and early career researchers at KI.
Participants will be selected on a first come first served basis, with priority based on length of contract (those closer to end of the current KI contract will get prioritized) and coaching needs. We will let you know after Jan 20th if you got selected, but don't wait until then to apply, because the spots fills quickly.
The program is organized and financed by KI Career Service, so taking part is free of charge for you.
The coaching is performed by Newstart.
