Other Career coaching – another possibility for postdocs -limited offer spring 2021
Are you nearing the end of your time at KI? Do you need to work on your career and personal development, but need some personal guidance? Let us help you!
We are running a pilot to offer a limited number of postdocs, early career researchers and potentially PhD students the possibility to get individual career coaching meeting(s) with Newstart, a professional career development company in Stockholm. The goal is for you to feel less lost and daunted by career transitions, and to support you in figuring out what is important to you and your own career development.
The pilot is financed by KI Career Service, so taking part is free of charge for you.
Target group:
Primary Postdocs and early career researchers. PhD students can sign up and will get a possibility if possible.
Participants will be selected on a first come first served basis, with priority based on length of contract (those closer to end of the current KI contract will get prioritised) and coaching needs. We will let you know after May 17 if you got selected.

Registration closed. We will confirm in the coming days, May 21 at the latest.
Information
Those admitted will get 2-3 individual meetings (either in person at the Stockholm office or online) with a career coach from Newstart.
