The purpose of the Summer School:

The purpose of the BSRN Summer school for PhD candidates is to learn new aspects of health and social sciences and present and obtain feedback on their assignments in a supportive peer atmosphere. The 2023-topic focus on how the health and social sciences’ knowledge influence the decision-making in health and social services in Baltic Sea Region and what kind of impact they have on the well-being and health of societies on political level. Moreover, the purpose is to strengthen the collaborative Baltic Sea Region network.

Benefits:

• The extent of the PhD Summer school is three (3) ECTS credits
• A certificate of participation will be given to students at the end of Summer School.
• No participation fee, but travelling and accommodation costs need to be covered by the participants.
• PhD-students who want to attend must apply via the BSRN contact person at their own institution
