Background description
Séverine is one of the pioneers in the cognitive neuroscience of music. An important focus of her work is music and memory function and the effects of music on dementia. Her lecture on 20th October is entitled: "Music synchronization and social interaction in cognitively impaired elderly: Does live performance matter?"
