Join us to explore Sustainability, Inclusiveness, Integration for University Support Services (SiiUSS), a new course designed to empower university support staff to embed sustainability, inclusiveness, and integration into their everyday work both nationally and internationally. The course aims to strengthen the strategic role of support professionals and create lasting positive impact across higher education institutions.

University support staff play a critical yet often overlooked role in advancing the strategic goals of higher education institutions. This session invites you to join a growing international community dedicated to recognising, empowering, and connecting support professionals. Learn how SIIUSS equips staff with the tools, perspectives, and networks needed to drive meaningful change and innovation in their institutions. 

This session aims to: 

  • Highlight the vital contribution of university support staff in building sustainable and inclusive universities.
  • Introduce the new SIIUSS online course and its goals.
  • Provide a platform for dialogue and connection among support professionals across borders, fostering international collaboration and shared learning. 

Target Audience 

Middle management and university support professionals such as handläggare, student counsellors, international coordinators, communicators, and administrative officers etc.
