During this Bites of Learning, René Ballnus, pedagogical developer at Teaching and Learning, will interview representatives from the student module at the emergency unit, Södersjukhuset. The unit won the KLOK Prize 2024, a prize that highlights good examples of activities that, through good leadership and organisation with a focus on learning, promote high-quality clinical placement training at KI.
The KLOK Prize 2024 went to the emergency department at Södersjukhuset for their student module, which has resulted in satisfied nursing and medical students at KI returning as new colleagues. The staff at the emergency department feel that they grow as clinicians themselves when they supervise in the student module. Maybe you can learn something from them?
