Welcome to this webinar where you will find information on tools and methods for creating an inclusive environment and a good working climate.

We will briefly describe the importance of proactive work in the inclusive environment and work climate, and then go through examples of available tools and methods as well as the support functions available at KI.

Finally, there is the opportunity to ask questions and discuss cases where the preventive work has not worked and what we can learn from it.

The seminar is led by Helén Lönnberg (Unit for Teaching and Learning, UoL), Ia Gustafsson Wallgren (HR), Karina Umander (Education and postgraduate education support, UFS) and Kristina Ullgren (Equal opportunities).

The webinar is one of this spring's Bites of Learning series organized by the Unit for Teaching and Learning.

The session will mainly be held in English, but it is excellent to ask questions in Swedish verbally or via chat.

What is Bites of Learning?

The new term brings with it a new format of continuous learning which we hope you’ll love. Here are the main changes:

  • A new regular timeslot for MedEd Lab, which will between 12:15 and 13:00 on Wednesdays once every four weeks.
  • Two new sister-events:
    • ’Discussion circle’ format which has it’s roots in a classic book circle - we lift an article, podcast episode or theme before the event and you can come and discuss the theme with other educators at KI.
    • ’Workshop’ which will be a space for short tutorials, where you are also welcome to drop in with questions.
