Lectures and seminars AI-AW with Clinicum
Welcome to an AI-AW about AI research and its applications in healthcare. This after work is aimed at clinicians and researchers who are interested in conducting research that has elements of AI, or learning more about how AI applications and decision support can be useful in the clinic.
Speakers
Max Gordon, 2023 AI Swede and senior physician at Danderyd Hospital, has practical experience in developing AI solutions for orthopedic radiographs and implementing these research results in a clinical setting. He will present the Clinical AI Research Lab (CAIR-lab) at Karolinska Institutet, a resource for all researchers at the institute. This initiative builds on his experience and aims to bring AI algorithms into clinics where they can make a difference.
Patrik Georgii- Hemming, Chief Medical Information Officer at Karolinska University Hospital will talk about Data-driven future: The key to AI success.
Jonas Molander, project manager at KI, will talk about the work with Taskforce I3 (Interoperability in Informatics and IT infrastructure), which is a collaboration between Karolinska University Hospital, Karolinska Institutet and SciLifeLab.
The seminar will be followed by a mingle with drinks and snacks.
