Managing high performance demands in academia

This workshop provides doctoral students with a toolbox for managing tasks more effectively. It also gives proven strategies for managing high performance demands— demands that can tip over in common obstacles like perfectionism and procrastination. The workshop supports you in putting healthy boundaries in place; boundaries between yourself and the work; between yourself and others; and between work and your free time. We will also discuss and share best practices about how to communicate well with your PIs, supervisors and the other members of your research group.

The same workshop will also be conducted during autumn at the KI campus Flemingsberg.
