Humans are the only creatures that take their own lives - it is a more common cause of death than war and murder combined. How should we respond to this? Sweden was the first country in the world to introduce a vision of zero suicide, but has broad public support for euthanasia. Who has the right to die? Can we better understand life, with all its beauty and fragility, by contrasting it with the most unpleasant?
Join us for a conversation with Lydia Sandgren and Christian Rück, moderated by Elin Lindsäter. The webinar will be in Swedish.

Christian Rück is a psychiatrist, professor of psychiatry and research group leader at Karolinska Institutet. He has written several books, including Unhappy in Paradise - Why do we feel bad when everything is so good? and the August Prize-winning A Life Worth Living - Why Suicide Became Man's Companion.
