Book KI's studio for audio productions

In KI’s studios, you can record high-quality audio productions. There are studios in both Solna and Flemingsberg with professional equipment and software. You can also get support from an Educational Technologist.

Hi Samuel Lundberg, Educational Technologist at Unit for Teaching and Learning at KI.
What can the soundstudio be used for? What types of productions do you make?
"It is mainly podcasts and recording of lectures that are done in the sound studio. A lecture can also include a camera and remote participants. In the audio studio, teachers and others can learn subtitling and video editing with the guidance of an educational technologist."
Who can use the studio?
"Everyone who has a role in first and second cycle education or doctoral education at KI may use the studio free of charge, for supervision and recording of lectures."
What support can I get?
"It is possible to book personal supervision in subtitling and recording of lectures, if it relates to teaching at KI. You can book support directly in our form. To edit a recorded lecture and make subtitles, we can supervise remotely. Feel free to contact us with your request and we will get back to you!"
Can I book the studio to record a podcast by myself?
"Not at the moment. But we can recommend equipment and share experiences on 'best practices'".
Tell us about a production!
"The Department of Psychology at CNS has been recording the podcast "Psykologisk forskning" in the studio in Solna for a long time and it is an inspiring and fun collaboration. The podcast is produced by researchers and teachers at the department, who discuss research in different areas of psychology."
