Appointment of members of the Recruitment Committee
On 24 May 2023, the Faculty Board appointed four members of the Recruitment Committee, among whom the President appointed the chair and vice chair. The term of office runs from 1 September 2023 to 31 December 2026.
The Recruitment Committee consists of ten members:
- Four members proposed by the Faculty Board; chair, vice chair and two other members, as decided by the President
- Six members appointed by the committees, two members from each committee. The six members are not part of the current registration of interest procedure
- Three student representatives
- Two union representatives

The Recruitment Committee is KI’s common authority for the preparation of teacher appointments regarding employment as professor, visiting professor, adjunct professor, senior lecturer, adjunct senior lecturer as well as applications for promotion from assistant lecturer to senior lecturer. In addition to this, the Recruitment Committee is responsible for the Instructions regarding the Appointment Procedure for Teachers at KI.
