Appointment of deans and assistant deans to Karolinska Institutet´s internal boards
Subsequent to the advisory selection of deans and assistant deans to the boards of education, doctoral education and research, the following names were submitted to President Harriet Wallberg-Henriksson. On the basis of these nominations and after consulting the respective candidates, the president has taken the following decisions:
Board of Research
Professor Martin Ingvar is to be appointed Dean of Research and chair of the Board of Research.
Professor Mats Wahlgren is to be appointed Assistant Dean of Research and vice chairperson of the Board of Research.
Board of Doctoral Education
Professor Anders Gustafsson is to be appointed Dean of Doctoral Education and chair of the Board of Doctoral Education.
Professor Marianne Schultzberg is to be appointed Assistant Dean of Doctoral Education and vice chairperson of the Board of Doctoral Education.
Board of Education
Professor Jan-Olov Höög is to be appointed Dean of Education and chair of the Board of Education.
Professor Jan Ygge is to be appointed Assistant Dean of Education and vice chairperson of the Board of Education.
