Angel Cedazo-Minguez new Vice/Acting Head of Department in NVS´s executive management
Starting from October 1, 2015 Angel Cedazo-Minguez, Deputy Head of Division at the Division of Neurogeriatrics, replaces Erik Sundström in NVS´s executive management.
What is your mission in the management group?
"My mission includes the responsibility for the bibliometric analysis of the publications at NVS, and to inform and suggest strategies on how to improve our quality parameters. Also, I will work on issues regarding IT and experimental research and to some extent working environment."
"I also hope to contribute by giving the vision from the perspective of a basic scientist. At NVS we are very heterogeneous and we have different needs and priorities depending on what we do. Basic research is an important part of NVS that needs to be represented. At the same time, we need to build bridges between disciplines and increase integration", says Angel Cedazo-Minguez.
