DESCRIPTION:\r\nThe Nordic Hackathon 2026 returns as a creative hub for developing innovative\, interoperable solutions in health and social care. \r\n\r\nOrganized by Stockholms universitet and Karolinska Institutet\, and supported by Health Data Sweden (HDS) this event brings together experts across disciplines to address challenges and create solutions in health data integration.GoalThe goal of the Nordic Hackathon 2026 is to create digital solutions that enhance information interoperability and coordinated health and social care for patients with complex needs.&amp\;nbsp\;TopicsThe Nordic Hackathon 2026 will cover topics such as open standards\, EHDS\, coordinated planning for patients with multiple conditions and core data for health and social care.
