The increasing use of novel technologies in dementia research holds the promise of improved monitoring, data collection, and, ultimately, predictive capabilities.

However, important ethical questions arise when gathering and analysing sensitive personal data from vulnerable subjects. 'RADAR-AD' is an European multi-centerresearch project exploring the potential for mobile and digital technologies to improve our understanding of Alzheimer's Disease, in particular, but with relevance to dementia research and healthcare more broadly. In this webinar, we will hear from researchers, clinicians and, importantly, patients themselves on implementing technology while remembering ethics in dementia research, with a panel discussion focussing on the hallmarks of a person-centred approach.

The webinar, organized by Center for Alzheimer Research together with PhD-student Emilia Schwertner, is opened to all NVS and KI. No registration is needed.
