The study is evaluating the value of adding aspirin to patients who have a specific genetic change and whether this can reduce the risk of recurrence.</description>

A large-scale study from three Nordic countries shows that the cancer risk is only elevated in patients whom gastroscopy reveals to have changes in the oesophageal mucosa.</description>
