The Doctoral programme in Public Health Science (PHSP) invites doctoral students to our Half-time Kappa Workshop in April. The workshop is intended for you who will have your half-time seminar within 3-4 months. The workshop will be held in English.
When:
- 21 April, 9-16.30
- 22 April, 9-12
The workshop is intended to help doctoral students whose halftime review approaches, to provide help with organizing the written presentation of the state of the "literature review from the field" knowledge, having in mind that it should show the knowledge gaps and clarify how the studies forming the thesis relate to one another in a broader perspective. About the workshop: The workshop is a mix of plenary sessions, individual assignments, and group assignments. All work is focused on each participant’s own thesis and related review work. The participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own work and to provide other course mates with peer review.
