How to cultivate your well-being while facing the challenges of academic research? What factors contribute and disrupt your work-life balance?

Join us in this webinar to discuss the concepts of “well-being” and “work-life balance” and identify, in the context of the academic environment, factors (overwork, imposter syndrome, procrastination, limiting beliefs, communication, etc.) that might destabilize those concepts. We will then look into strategies to preserve your well-being while working to reach your goals.
