Internal courses and training Training in salary setting and Result- and salary dialog

This training is provided by the HR Office at the Professional Services and is aimed for those who are salary-setting managers in both research, education and administration.
Prior to the 2025 salary review, a training course will be conducted for salary-setting managers on salary setting at KI and how to conduct a Result- and Salary Dialog. This training is mandatory and must be followed up every 5 years. The training includes a theory part and a practical part where you practice the dialog with actors.
Autumn training sessions
The course will be held on four occasions in the fall of 2025, two in Swedish and two in English, of which one session in Swedish is given as physical training. You choose which training session you want to attend when you register.

The course is conducted and organized by the HR Office at KI in collaboration with Solvere. Solvere is a training company that uses interactive methods focusing on communication and interaction between people.
