Lectures and seminars Lecture with Professor Pere Puigserver titled: Mitochondrial Biology: Regulatory Mechanisms of Active Cristae Biogenesis
Welcome to a lecture with Professor Pere Puigserver from Cell Biology at Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Puigserver’s research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms and transduction pathways involved in nutrient-regulated metabolic responses in the context of metabolic diseases and cancer. His lab has developed extensive work on the transcriptional coactivator PGC-1a and its role in the control of mitochondrial biology, cellular metabolism and survival.
Speaker: Pere Puigserver, Ph.D. Professor of Cell Biology at Dana Farber Cancer Institute/ Harvard Medical School.
