Brief description

This project aims to produce clinically applicable Positron Emission Tomography (PET) radioligands with carbon-11 (11C), fluorine-18 (18F) and gallium-68 (68Ga) isotopes using a microfluidic cassette-based iMiDEV™ automated radiosynthesizer for clinical and preclinical applications. In addition, developing and optimizing experimental conditions for [11C]methyl iodide synthesis ([11C]CH3I) using a non-thermal plasma method and [11C]CH3I is one of the most used methylating agents in 11C radiochemistry.
